As an organisational psychologist for over 25 years I am passionate about creating insightful and impactful development experiences for individuals and teams. I do this through a combination of deep psychological insight and highly innovative tools and approaches.
Whilst many coaching approaches focus on finding deficits to address, I believe people thrive when they are able to leverage what they are great at, whilst also understanding any real (or often imagined) barriers that may be limiting them.
My coaching practice is about enabling and equipping my clients to have the conversations that matter, which transform relationships and result in high value adding individuals and teams.

I was lucky to be assigned Seren as my career coach whilst studying on the BBC’s Leadership Programme in 2004. She provided fantastic support to me during that time. An excellent listener with solid knowledge of management & leadership styles; her insights and guidance helped me to identify my key strengths and the best ways to apply them; as well as how best to focus on the issues and challenges I faced at that time. I would definitely recommend Seren as a coach in leadership, in learning, indeed in life.

It can be a real challenge to find somebody who is able to cut through ‘bizspeak’ and provide stimulating and exciting workshops. Seren has the ability to deliver complex information in a way that allows participation and real understanding of ideas. She is able to quickly and effectively kick start a meeting and keep the momentum going, providing useful tools to creating and maintaining creative and productive teams.
