Seren brings deep insight and multi-cultural experience from a diverse career in personal and organisational development spanning over 25 years. During this time she has transformed the working lives of hundreds of professionals, leaders and managers; helping them build wellbeing and resilience strategies, navigate complex organisational situations, identify greater meaning and purpose for their work, negotiate personal values conflicts and achieve greater impact and influence in the work that they do. In her consulting work she has designed and delivered several award-winning leadership development programmes.Seren’s interest in leadership development grew from her time at the BBC where she worked under Director General – Greg Dyke, and played a lead facilitator role in his renowned, hugely impactful culture change programme – Making it Happen.

It shows the scale and depth of the impact a leader can potentially have.”Seren is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist (the highest level of attainable achievement in business psychology) and an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation (the gold standard in coaching). She also holds a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from Leeds Beckett University and is a Master NLP practitioner. Her assignments have ranged from running programmes on Emotional Intelligence for rocket scientists at The European Space Agency to “Just Imagine” sessions in Japanese, through an interpreter, for BBC Worldwide. Other clients she has worked with have included: Primark, Dixons Carphone, The Co-op, Bank of Ireland, Jardine Lloyd Thompson, Anglian Water, The Metropolitan Police, Skanska, Wates Group, Novartis, and The Civil Service.
