Lee Fisher MA, FRSA

Working primarily in leadership and team development, Lee has a passion for 1-1 coaching with particular interests in high performance goal setting, executive presence and leadership transitions.

Lee’s first career as an elite performer informs much of his practice to date. He was educated at the Royal Ballet School before joining Sadler’s Wells Royal Ballet in 1988. He performed leading roles for almost 20 years for Birmingham Royal Ballet and as a guest Principal Dancer nationally and internationally. Retiring from a full-time performing career in 2005, he was the 1st Dance Fellow on the prestigious Clore Leadership Programme before establishing his own Coaching and Leadership development company in 2007.

Lee works regularly with a range of psychometric and 360-degree feedback tools. He is a Master Practitioner of NLP, has a MA from the University of Birmingham and is a graduate of the University of Middlesex/EMCC Accredited Coaching Programme.

To date he has worked with leaders from over 80 organisations across a range of sectors and industries. His recent client base is diverse and includes organizations such as Lego, Primark, Oracle, Jaguar Land Rover, and Balfour Beatty

Lee co-designed and delivered 10 leadership development programmes across all levels of management including our board of directors. The workshops, focusing primarily on presence, impact, creativity and innovation, all achieved over 4.5/5 on the key programme evaluation scores. Lee was great to work with, tuning into the delegates with ease to ensure their learning was maximized. His natural presence and impact, coupled with his background in the arts, really brought the key concepts and theory alive. Most definitely the most original and innovative programme I have been involved with in terms of challenging the delegates – and, with Lee’s flexibility, supportive nature and appropriate challenge, it landed really well.
