Back in March of this year during the first lockdown I started to pull together a cookbook. With the help of some colleagues from Lane4 I developed the idea into a charity fundraising project. I am delighted to say that this project has now come to fruition and my new cook book

I will be donating all proceeds from the sale of this book to the NHS Charities Together – Covid-19 appeal. My brother and his wife work on the front line of the NHS and this book is dedicated to their bravery, compassion and resilience.
